Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kallos (the “App”), operated by Agile AI Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Kallos, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Kallos, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Kallos is not intended for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

2. Description of the App

Kallos is a wellness and lifestyle tracking app that allows users to log and monitor health-related data such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other habits, and receive AI-generated insights.

3. Health and AI Disclaimer

Kallos is not a medical service:

• The App and any insights generated using AI services provided by Anthropic are for informational and general wellness purposes only 
• They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment 
• AI-generated insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable 
• You should not rely on the App for medical or health decisions

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Accounts and Authentication

To use Kallos, you must authenticate using supported sign-in methods (such as Sign in with Apple).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account 
• All activities that occur under your account

5. User Data and Content

You may input or upload data into the App, including health information, photos, journal entries, and other content (“User Content”).

• Your User Content is used solely to operate and provide the App’s functionality 
• We do not use your content for advertising or sell your data

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Kallos offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

• Payments are processed through your Apple ID 
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings 

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple Inc. and are subject to their terms and policies.

7. Advertising

The App may display advertisements for certain users.

Advertising services, including Google AdMob, may use your device’s advertising identifier if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose 
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data 
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code 
• Use the App in a way that could harm us or other users

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Data Loss and Service Availability

Kallos stores data primarily on your device, with optional backup to your personal iCloud account.

• We do not guarantee that your data will always be available, accurate, or preserved 
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data 
• We are not responsible for any data loss, device failure, or service interruption 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free 
• The App will meet your expectations 
• Any results or insights will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile AI Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
